Our TIME is valuable. Our goal is to make your experience satisfying by offering you a setting that's intimate and relaxing. We will only service one person at a time, this will provide you with faster service. To ensure that we are able to provide optimal service to all customers, please come at your scheduled time and no earlier (or later). All appointments begin with a quick consultation to ensure that we both have a clear understanding of your needs and expectations.

At the time of booking, be sure to itemize all services as additional services cannot be added at the time of service. This will ensure that we remain on schedule for all clients. Changes to the requested service will have to be aligned to with the stylist prior to your appointment. Hair will not be supplied unless informed prior to service.

Until further notice, all clients are required to wear a face mask and sanitize their hands upon entering the salon. This ensures safety for all clients and to those clients that may not be vaccinated. All clients must be ages 10 and up. No visitors are allowed during the duration of your service. No food is allowed in the salon. This policy will be strictly enforced.

If you need additional services or product (hair or color) that is not listed, please call or text (804) 398-1067 immediately after scheduling your appointment.

Deposit Payment and Scheduling

Deposits are required in order to schedule your appointment. Your appointment will not be accepted until your deposit has been received. Deposits are used to secure your appointment time. The deposit will go towards your total balance. Deposits are $25 for services under $100 and $50 for services over $100. You can pay your deposit by clicking the book online button in the above menu.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule, this must be completed 24 hrs in advance of your appointment. A "no show" within 24 hours will result in future appointments requiring full payment at the time of scheduling.
